I have Crohn's disease and Fibromyalgia. I know how people's perception can change once they know you're battling something they know little about. I've always had guys that I've cared about that seemed to care about me become ghost once I have a flare up of either disease.

Sorry to hear that breh, and to be honest you have to find women who aren't shallow. yea yea yea, spare me the "I'm not shallow if I don't date MS people" shyt ladies.

But something you may want to consider is that dating another person with multiple-sklerosis may not only benifet you but also benifet them.
There are suredly girls that want a meaningful relationship and are having trouble finding one because they have MS, so you might be doing someone else some good as well.
I have met fat people that complain because they don't like other fat people... but at some point you have to say, consider it objectively.
If you as a fat person are not attracted to a fat person, why would a skinny person be? People with disease and affliction tend to date others with similar predictaments because it works. A person that does not bear your symptoms cannot truely relate to you the same way or understand, even if they try.
If you can find a woman without MS, great.
But don't become jaded and forget that this is a personal preference of yours that is keeping you from dating as opposed to there being no one to date.

MS is a predominantly caucasian disease (no racist).
Statistically speaking an East African should be part of the group least likely to get it (African, close to the equator, etc.)
