I have picked up physical anxiety/panic attacks

ever since I had that stomach flu. something went wrong in my mind. now i get physical symptoms of anxiety and full blown panic attacks EVERY TIME I EAT.

i used to think anxiety was all in the head. id give anything to go back to how I was before my stomach flu. physical anxiety sucks 100x worse than anything ive ever experienced.

if you tell me to man up you getting negged because that bullshyt doesnt do anything when you dry heaving after having a sip of water. :camby:

now I have to constantly keep my mind occupied in case I have a panic attack. and eating sucks. so you fukkers better not take eating for granted. you dont want to end up like me :ufdup:

Yeah, I think I got that shyt when my grand mother was dying in the hospital. It was a stressful situation and I didn't step out and take a breather like I should of. Now its like my heart has a hair trigger and it races when I'm excited/nervous. I thought I was having a heart attack first time it happened, now I just ignore it. People don't realize the mind/body can just snap if you don't handle stress right and there's getting back to how it used to be.

What foods do you eat?

pretty normal foods. pasta/potato with some veg and meat. i dont eat a lot because im broke and i have to wait for my mom to cook a meal.

but i dont think its the food i eat. because even sipping water causes nausea. that stomach flu literally made me shook to eat. and now i get panic attacks lol.

before this stomach flu I was at a point where I could sit and meditate for an hour straight just focusing on my breathing. now if I sit down for 10 seconds without doing anything I start having a fukking anxiety attack. so im constantly just walking round doing shyt now trying to keep my mind busy.

My understanding of nutrition and anatomy isn't concrete enough to voice an opinion, but i'll drop this vid and hope you get something out of it. Dude's name is minister enqi. I'm not one to latch onto someone completely cause history has proven that foolish, and i'm still in the process of changing my diet fully, but i'd recommend his vids:

I used to get panic attacks all the time. Try quitting smoking weed for a bit. Smoking can increase anxiety in some people. You might be one of those unlucky ones (like me :mjcry:)

I dunno breh. I reckon this UK indica would be good for when im having a panic attack and also the nausea I get from eating. I have cut down on weed a lot cus im broke. Ill definetely stop smoking it and stick to vaping tho.

Ive been smoking pretty heavily for 5 months now and never had a panic attack before. only since i had that stomach flu. its a strange situation.
