Try smoking a very small amount of weed. Not to get "high" but to get "clear"

yeah good idea. i was definetely abusing weed for a while.

im kinda hedging my bets on exercise beating this thing. because of my stomach flu i been bed ridden so I havent been able to go to the gym and box or even go for a run. but today I went for a longass run for the first time in 2 weeks. it went very well. so i think im all good to go back training now. :ahh:

I dunno breh. I reckon this UK indica would be good for when im having a panic attack and also the nausea I get from eating. I have cut down on weed a lot cus im broke. Ill definetely stop smoking it and stick to vaping tho.

Ive been smoking pretty heavily for 5 months now and never had a panic attack before. only since i had that stomach flu. its a strange situation.
I smoked nearly all day, every day for 10 years and then one day it all changed and started to make me real anxious and paranoid. It seemed to happen over night. It might be worth quitting for a few weeks to see if it helps. If not you can go back to smoking.

Peptobismal or some Tums ain't helping? Try that Perrier carbonated water bullshyt. Ginger tea, sauna etc.

You need to detox.

No lie that sipping and eating bare slow is actually helping. I feel 90% less nausea. Literally instead of feeling like I need to throw up now I just burp a lot. Lol eating 1 bit of pasta at a time and I will burp like 5 times. :blessed:

this is why i posted this on the coli. that little bit of advice has helped another human being out a lot. the power of the internet. :wow:
