I want regional music back. I want better content in songs, more emphasis on mic skills...I'll have to admit it might be time to flattop myself and move on.

On the flip side, I could care less about any of this stuff as long as the music is good and I do not care one bit about supposedly real hip hop anymore and look at anyone who does funny. I do not believe hip hop or music is where people should be looking to stimulate the minds of the youth or society at large. It is just entertainment to me, and adding the socioeconomic thought process to every song I hear or video I view takes away enjoyment from music. I understand that this probably means I am no longer a hip hop head and I could care less what older rappers are doing...I find most of it boring now.

add to that ambition and attention deficit, like 3/4 of the gifted and
