Get a basket and key hook and put them on the counter next to the door. If you always put the wallet in the basket and the keys on the hook, it's impossible to lose them. In the rare case they aren't there, they will be in you pants pocket.

The worst feeling tho is when you’re somewhere and feel your pockets for your phone, keys or wallet and one is missing. Have a mini heart attack

Anyone else misplace their wallet and keys on occasion? I’ve locked my keys in my car/house and had to pay for locksmiths several times. Am I the only one that struggles with this?

I've had a couple of instances where I got groceries or reading my mail as I walk in and have left my keys in the door. I've also had the problem of casually tossing my keys anywhere for the longest time, which would make leaving chaotic sometimes. So to address this I keep an end table right at my door that I put my keys on. I put my wallet on my coffee table if I change. I.E. tossing on sweats/shorts after I get home from the office. So in the event I do decide to go somewhere my wallet is right in front of me. At night when I go to bed, my phone sits on top of my wallet on my nightstand. Since I have such a pattern I don't lose my shyt anymore.
