I have zero respect for people who struggle with parallel parking

Some of us actually live in cities with parking lots, and as such we are not used to the mechanics of parallel parking.

Thus when we go to an ill-developed city such as San Fran we have difficulty parallel parking.
Lol @ ill developed. And ain't nothing funnier, and scarier, than watching out of town no parallel parking scrubs have to attempt parking on 35-60 degree angled hills in SF. Cats seeing their lives flash before their eyes :merchant: :russ:

It's not easy. I also have a problem parking 6 inches from and near the curb.

Parallel parking isn't that easy to do, most places don't even have it on their test anymore, but it certainly beats those parking lot prices. What really gets me is folks who can't back into a spot on the first attempt and still be too close to your car when they are done.

You can parallel park perfectly but then not be able to get out when someone parks too close. I'd rather park further away, especially in Dallas where everyone's driving a Lexus RX 350, Ford F-250, Dodge Ram King Ranch etc.
