Was this the same dude that was cysing Bortles because he has NFL caliber calves and thighs (his words, not mine)? Like I previously said in another thread, it amazes me how all the things that GMs said mattered to be a QB in the league don't matter when it applies to Teddy but all the things they hated about non pocket passers/free stylers in the pocket like Manziel is now the can't miss prospect.
