That would be suicide for any card manufacturer. Not enough people are gonna fork over that much cash for a PSU in order to get that premium GPU.

This pessimism doesn't help me. GPU mining market crashed. Retailers Sitting on hella stock of 3000 series cards. Nvidia already placed a huge order of silicon for 4000 series. I was able to snag a rtx 2080 on release.4080 will be out of stock before it's even on sale

Sorry, you right that's not helpful. They have some calculators online that you can enter components and estimate your builds power consumption. So I think whenever they release the cards specs, you can plug those numbers into the calc
