The offset is probably wrong for your car, but I'm guessing you though they would fit based just on lug nut dimensions.
Rolling fenders isn't easy with a DIY job (you'll most likely ruin your car). If there's a bodyshop that can do it with the correct tool, that's worth it.
Lifting the suspension is pretty expensive, getting a set of coil-overs and installing them isn't cheap.
You can try to sell the rims.
