Put up 250 on the flat bench yesterday. Two times with no help from my spotter. :ehh: For some odd reason feel like im still the weak guy in the gym :sadbron: ...ehh...its cool though i remember when i wouldnt dare try to lift that much. Its all about progress though brehs :cheers:

congrats!

my goal was 225 by september and i'm pretty far from that (form issues and just lack of discipline has slowed me down on most of my lifts). currently at 175 for 5X5. i'll try to get to 225 by new years. i gotta admit reaching a milestone is always a great feeling.

As long as you feel like you're the weakest person in the gym, you'll stay motivated. When you stop thinking like that is when you start slippin.
