Its true to an extent, why would you work your legs out before ANYTHING ELSE?

one reason is that to truely make upper body gains you HAVE to have strong legs. Even when benching, your legs are in use.

Another is for overall development and useful strength. Imagine not working the part of our body that you literally HAVE to use everyday all day:hhh:

Only workout I do is heavy and speed jumproping. I been an athlete all my life so I grew up working out every aspect of my body but now that I'm not doing sports I just focus on cardio and making sure my hands stay up to par.
