You got it all fukked up. Actually, women should focus more on upper body cuz its harder for em to build, men with lower body. Your legs are the biggest muscle group you got. Squats build your legs and core, most vital stabilizers you have. They also send testosterone surging through your body. Squats are a fukking must breh :dahell:

I just built a bad ass (by my standards) garage gym. Squat, Bench, Adjustable dumbbells etc.....I put my old 42 inch TV in there and hooked up surround sound. I'm working out 6 days a week in the garage while playing playstation and sipping Henessey lol

Lords know what that Hennessy does to the females when I’m on it, but I never put two and two together and hit the weights on it, I’m going to fukk these weights something fierce. :wow:
