I agree. I would also recommend for those brehs that don't like being in the gym to join a sports rec league. Could be basketball, football, soccer, softball, lacrosse, volleyball - anything to keep your body active.

You can get that by doing pushups daily and pullups /situps

im a skinny breh too and now i have a chest, muscle on my shoulders, bigger arms and my favorite part of all

I do like 25 now, 20 2 mins later, 15 a minute after that, etc go until you feel the burn (like your supposed too)

I dont do situps because i have tile and it hurts

All my jobs have been labor based. I got today and tomorrow off only. I work 8 hours a day. Should I be working or wait until I finally break into IT?
