i was doing 300 push ups every morning and a 1000 a day on the weekends but I got lazy end of December (holidays) and took whole month of January off Im feeling like a fat boy Im start back this week this thread reminded me im tripping 


You can get that by doing pushups daily and pullups /situps
im a skinny breh too and now i have a chest, muscle on my shoulders, bigger arms and my favorite part of all
