I hate it when people get confused and think I'm their friends and then catch feelings when I wanna be left alone.

I had to learn this the hard way, loyalty is rare and honor/integrity is even rarer these days. Nikkas will forget the times you were there for them when times get hard.

And sometimes I do wanna be friends but people always try to kick it too much. Most times I'd like to have some space.
You might be kicking it with the wrong nikkas, breh. I operate based on the assumption that I'm not meant to be friends with most people, there's a bit of a vetting process before I consider someone "my boy"

Cosign this, thats why I don't trust people who try to be friends with everyone. I'm not saying that a dude should be beefing with everyone willy nilly, but I don't think people w/o enemies are trustworthy

When reporters asked Reagan how he could trust the motives of Russian leadership during cold war negotiations, he said" "Trust, but verify".
