Ever since Steve Jobs passed, they've been on the decline as far as their products.

Seems like they're trying to milk their loyal customers for every cent they can get. Like why would you add fast charge, then make people pay for extra accessories.

They've stayed behind the curve when it comes to new features as well. When the first IPhone dropped it was innovative. Today the market has changed.

Apple needs to learn from RIM. When Apple and Android took off, RIM didn't think their loyal customers would jump ship. When the regular end user dipped, they didn't think the business end user would. By the time they tried to play catch up it was too late.

1. That phone isn't $1000
2. The iPhone X the starts at $1000 is the biggest leap in tech Apple ever put into one device from the prior gen.
3. Apple now has devices in the $300 something dollar range that crush its android competitors. Their market share is going to increase.

The iPhone x is the first time in about 6 years their not behind tech wise. Apple has my a wide margin the most powerful chipsets (prior generation iPhones crush current gen androids in this department)

Facts. I never built a loyalty to a phone. I switch every time I get a new phone honestly I'm on the iPhone 7 right now. Prolly have this a couple years then go back to android.

It has to be mentioned too that the customer service/support Apple has is still unmatched by a large margin. Best thing Samsung has is going to a Best Buy to a Samsung "experience'' store, that's not even real samsung employees lol.

Trying to think of how many phones out right now other than the iphone 8 that can do 4k video at 60fps, and 240fps slow mo at 1080.....
