It was foolish for Disney to take a political stance against the bill. The only thing inflammatory or controversial about it is the name. The bill itself is actually sensible and has nothing in it with which I take exception.
I absolutely despise Desantis but there is nothing problematic about the bill. The LGBT community knows this which is why they gave it such an inflammatory name to try to control the narrative and have people judge the bill based off the name alone.

The bill is is waste of time, ain't nobody learning about gender identity or sexual orientation in grade school, especially in Florida of all places.
DeSantis could've put his full weight behind tons of other bills that wouldve had tangible results but he chose to rally behind this goofy shyt to one up the liberals and earn MAGA points.

I’m on the side of Desantis. He passed a sensible bill.
Let the kids grow instead of teaching them about sex and lgbtq lifestyle. He’s not saying never do it. He is saying wait till after the third grade. 4th grade(10 years) and up you can learn about sex. I raised two children that both went through those ages. Let the kids have some innocence restored. Disney was wrong.
