- Refuses to make adjustments on defense.
- Makes poor decisions in the 4th quarter and has horrible time management.
- Had beef with the franchise QB for whatever reason; calls low percentage passing plays; forces him out of town; makes changes to the offense afterward.
- Ran Doug Martin to the ground.
- Yelled at the special teams coach for walking on the wrong side of the field in front of the entire team; threatened to fire him; actually fired him at the end of the season.
- Makes poor decisions in the 4th quarter and has horrible time management.
- Had the nerve to say the organization was a laughing stock before he was there.
