I chose chicken thighs/flats. There's more flavour in the chicken bone in the thigh because it's a larger muscle in the bird so it inherently has the most complex flavour.

Also you don't risk stabbing your fxcking eye out with that dagger knife bone connected to the chicken drumstick.
