I changed my chain earlier this year...
No joke.... shyt popped on me on the way to work
I fixed it in the lot afterwards though 
I'm sure a shop would have wanted like $300 to do that shyt for me

I'm glad, I'm at the point in my life where I can leave it to the experts or the dealership but there is great value in being able to do the maintenance on your car. Respect.
