I just came up on some bread to invest.. how do I get wealthy?

Over the next 2 years I should come into at least $40k cash that I can invest. This could easily turn into $60-70k if some other investments come to fruit.

At the moment I own 1 property for rental. Next year I want to acquire 2 more but is that the best investment route?
