None really. I have an assistant in the Phillipines that I pay to make all the calls and he works like 6 hrs a day for me. I just tell him what amount to negotiate. The most I did was drive to the property to meet with the sellers and take pictures .

Started out at $100 a week. Now I pay him $200 a month with an incentive if we close a deal. I also have challenged my friends to find me vacant properties when they are put driving and told them I'll pay them 500 to 800 if we close one they provide.
