Looks a little bit well done but it does look good. I make NY strips, T-Bone or Sirloin steaks marinated with Teriyaki, Ginger, Garlic and ground black pepper. Medium well done is what I prefer but the better the cut the more tender. I Also use that recipe on Salmon.
