Looks a little bit well done but it does look good. I make NY strips, T-Bone or Sirloin steaks marinated with Teriyaki, Ginger, Garlic and ground black pepper. Medium well done is what I prefer but the better the cut the more tender. I Also use that recipe on Salmon.

You cooked too long and remove that aluminum foil.:hhh:

Let the flames touch it to get that quick grill lines and toss it in that cast iron pan and get that butter... or continue cooking on grill but stop flipping it. Get a thermometer.

You'll learn though. You only a teenager.

There's alot of elitism here when it comes to steak here gawddamn...:heh: the shyt was super tender and easy to cut.... I made it the way I wanted if y'all so inclined post up y'all pics of what you made...
