Life is hard no matter how you slice it, but please express your feelings in a constructive way. Work out, create, go to therapy, etc. you will be fine breh.

Have you considered that the problem may be your approach to these issues rather than the issues, themselves?

My issue, back in the day, was refusing to ask for help and trying to figure shyt out on my own which slowed my productivity. It's one of the downsides to being Introverted.​

Life is never easy. It's always going to be someone that has a problem with you. The key is learning how to not give fukk about anyone's opinion and live your life. Your job is always going to have some pressure though. I'm not sure what to say on that without more details.

I go to the gym a lot and have a pretty good diet I track.

But yeah no therapy. Every time I move up in these warehouses, which happens almost immediately (I'm a star how could I not shine) I run into some a$$hole that stops me from achieving my goal. It's like a level in a video game I can't beat

I understand but it's a physiological response I have. Ive read books on mindset, but when things happen in the moment it's a lot different. But yeah I'm going to look into therapy.

I pray every night and day but I guess that's not enough lol

What happened at work breh?

Been temping at warehouse jobs for a year now. Almost every time it's the same story. I get in do extremely well when it comes to the work sky rocket to the top past the employees and this wave of hate comes and then there's some a$$hole that just picks at me. And just when I think I'm about to get hired, finally some job security for me and my family these dudes pull the rug out from under me. Hate that I crack under the pressure.
