Been temping at warehouse jobs for a year now. Almost every time it's the same story. I get in do extremely well when it comes to the work sky rocket to the top past the employees and this wave of hate comes and then there's some a$$hole that just picks at me. And just when I think I'm about to get hired, finally some job security for me and my family these dudes pull the rug out from under me. Hate that I crack under the pressure.

Don't confront the person irking you. Take it to your Supervisor ASAP. Remember what I said about asking for help? Same rules apply.​
