what do a lot of these fatalities have in common, they wear hooded tops. most fine establishments wont let you in, in hooded tops, kicks, jeans etc. the police are honned in on approaching(harrasing) individuals dressed like the same people they are after. being black makes things worse why burden yourself, maybe one is weak and wants to blend in with the herd but then expect life to give you just that. justling for position in the lower ranks.

I went to both of those links and neither one support your claims of cloths being the basis for police assault. The 1st link gives instructions on how to report police harassment. The 2nd link gives legal definitions on what is considered harassment and stalking and other legalese.
