I just don't understand how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich

I don't eat pb&j sandwiches and never really did but I was gonna say to try putting the jelly first too. But wait, what if you just wash the knife under the faucet so you can clean it up a bit between condiments? Wash off the jelly and move to pb.

Too much work. If you put the jelly on first you can basically wipe the knife on the clean slice of bread and the jelly will come right off

put the peanut butter and jelly in a bowl with 2 eggs, mix em together, refrigerate for it to thicken and then apply to bread

add basil depending on personal preference

This is silly. First off you apply the jelly first just in case anyone has has peanut allergies. You dont want to knife that was in the peanut butter to go into the jelly. Secondly, you toast the bread that the peanut butter is going on so that when you spread the peanut butter the heat from the toasted bread will melt it. You add jelly to the other slice of bread to have a soft/toasted combination.

Eat with a cold glass of soy, almond, hazelnut or rice milk.

If your jelly is in a glass jar, wrap it in aluminum foil and put in the microwave for 10-15 minutes; gives it an easy to spread consistency.
