Usually Wrists and Feet are prime candidates for Ganglion Cysts a.k.a. Bible Cysts because you can smack them with a bible and flatten them.

If you got a flashlight, put it at one end of the bump, and see if the bump is translucent, if so, its fluid and its a ganglion cyst.
