Take it to court and represent yourself. Start citing case that have nothing to do with it, like Roe v Wade, Brown v Board of Ed, etc. When the judge claims your making a mockery of his or her court, then plead insanity


Then after you pay the $110 ticket (they usually add money for court costs), go and download the WAZE app. You'll never get another ticket again

man fuc what everyone in here is saying...It's a gamble regardless. If you have a clean record go to court and more than likely the judge will cut you some slack/reduce the ticket (maybe dismiss it if you lucky).

If your record is fukked up or you only been driving for like a year I would pay it and eat the L (especially if you black!). Don't hire a lawyer for a petty ass ticket, I been in court a few times for tickets it's pretty much up to the judge. A clean driving record helps tho

I just got one (my first) for going 70 in 60. I honestly thought the limit was 70 so when I passed the officer I didnt care. but after like 5 seconds he came speeding up and got me

I kept it simple with him, gave him my info but he took forever in his car just to give me a ticket. I was seriously wondering wtf he was doing.

Ticket ended up being $173. Might try to get it reduced, or just pay it
