I just got banned from PSN for absolutely nothing. Who can I call for this?

I want to speak to someone from the PSN network and ask him wtf is going on? I'm on the PS3 still so there's that. Why do they usually ban people? I do send people messages calling them faggits but cmon.. For one u can't even say faggit on there, u have to censor it. And two, people say faggit on there all the time did my account get hacked? This shyt ain't right my dude was just about to rank up to level 200! u know how long that fukking takes? This is bullshyt
