I remember I had to lay it down for like a month on a bs suspended license charge.....they used to love me in there cuz I stayed giving my trey away...jail food is straight I never really got hungry I lost mad weight tho but dam breh a whole year....well I guess its better than being locked up stay strong

jail is the best place to lose weight. I think anybody could lose weight if locked up. No fast food or fattening shyt

I got sentenced to year on house arrest. I went to the jail Wednesday to turn myself in. Im thinking its gone be a couple of hours till the people pick me up. (Wrong!!! )I had to throw on the orange suit and go to a cell. By the time I got sent to my cell we already missed dinner, So no food till breakfast . I had to get the top bunk. Then around 2 am they heavy duty Cos come in are unit and stripped searched evrybody & this nikka threw my skully away that I snuck in there. Breakfast time come and Im thinking finally I get a hot meal . I get my tray and its cornbread, grits, some shytty looking potatoes, a sausage & some milk . I ate a piece of the cornbread , shyt had no sugar. As Im bout to throw all that shyt in the An old head comes out of nowhere like , I gave him the whole tray. I go back to my cell and go to sleep. Couple hours later They wake everybody up again and take us down the hall to get stripped searched again. Couple hours later I get called & its time to go. I go to the home detention place and they tell me I can't work my job . Now Im back home with this shyt on my ankle for the next year

Untrue. Dudes doing a bid order shyt from store that's fat as fukk. Ramon noodle dishes with beef galore. Cheese and peanut butter on all kinds of shyt. Dudes gain weight in jail. Unless they don't eat much and don't lift/exercise. Most dudes are gaining weight in that bytch even though they say the food is trash Jail is the best place to get swole though. Eat, exercise and get 9-10 hours of sleep a day. A win win for the physical, but the mental
