I aint no lil nikka myself. I'm 200lb 6ft, and pretty strong & built. I could probably max bench 350-360 at the moment.

Duke looked to be about a 6'2" 240 country strong ass nikka. Muscular body. Strong jaw line. Cute smile. Nice caboose. Meaty man stick. I wasn't scared in the least, just more turned on. I got a pudgy later on just thinking about it. I'd be the little spoon and he would be the big spoon. Know what I'm saying?

That being said my gym has individual stalls/showering units with walls boxing them in and everything.

What gym you go to? I goto an all black gym where nikkas train like they in jail and nikkas dont use showers or rack their weights. Its only them italian and spanish mother fukkers taking showers or them old dudes

That's down from what I used to max(405) when I was alot heavier and more dedicated to lifting.

I played football all my life, so I been lifting since the 8th grade.

About the showers. They are individual stalls, but are also partially open. And yes I go to work right after so I have no choice but to shower.
