There's no serious damage, but my paint got in their car. It was in a parking lot and I don't think anyone seen it. I'm waiting for the owner to come out, hopefully they don't notice since its on the back. I just called my dad and he is pissed and about to come up here. Should I call the police

Girl, you should have drove off. Would have saved you a lot of trouble and fixing the paint mark on their car wouldnt cost much. OR You can try to settle by offering to pay for the cosmetic damage... just don't bring insurance into it.
