I used to not do it until i was sitting in my car and was eating lunch when someone parked on the line and jarred their door so hard open I thought they had to have dented my passenger door. They didnt realize I was in the car and tried to peel off into the store and I jumped outta my car and screamed so you just gon hit my car and walk off. The person started looking nervous and apologize I looked at the side of my car and their was no damage so they left, but still pissed I keyed half of their car and reparked my car.

I hit someones car in Chickfila a couple of years ago. I don't know how the hell I did it cause I was just trying to get in a parking spot, maybe I was just fiendin for a chicken sammich

Anyways it sounds similar to the OP's accident. I just scraped some of my paint on the back of their car, no real hardcore damage. I thought about going in but was on my lunch break so was like and rolled out. Thought shyt was sweet til a few weeks later I got a letter in the mail saying I had did a hit and run on private property, and I had like a week to contact them or a warrant would be issued. When I read the police report it said someone else in the parking lot waited around to snitch to the owner.
