Seriously, though, I can't eat at dem buffets. I used to get excited going in at the variety and volume, only to be disappointed every time by the fact that everything has the same low-quality cardboard taste. And like ya'all saying it unhealthy as hell too. Probably haven't stepped inside a Chinese buffet in a good ten years now.

I stick to chicken wings, rice, and broccoli or mixed vegetables whenever I go to those buffets. Get clowned sometimes for not having variety but I know a breh who tried the coconut shrimp and was sick for a month so I don't play with any of that extra stuff.

It's cause they put MSG on everything, a good chinese fast food will at least only put it on the meat so you get the texture and flavor contrasts in the other stuff so it doesn't all taste like salt and soy.

It's a lot of MSG in that food. You don't see them eating it, that's why I don't fukk with it anymore.
