Fresh carrot, beat, celery, and ginger juice.
Put those all in blender.
Add a frozen banana, spinach, assorted frozen berries, few ice cubes ice, almonds, greek yogurt/whey protein. Blend that all up. 10x better/healthier then your smoothie.
I don't have that much room in my blender or strength to cut all them ice cubes. No way is that dairy fat 10x healthier either.
