you really can't compare ANY hip hop album to this, it's unfair to honestly
there are many hip hop albums that are classic and great but none of them are special in the way ob4l is
i feel like what i said was blasphemous, well it was actually
no other hip hop has a presence like ob4l, it's like a movie on wax

funny ish, i just played this album for the first time ever, i can't even find a legit reason why i never got around to listening to it and i'm 31 lol. It's a great album but i still regard Illmatic as the best hip hop album of all time. I can see how some can say OB4CL is the greatest in their eyes, i ain't mad at that at all.

No matter how you feel about comparing the two, this is also a 5 mic album. Source got it wrong. But I prefer Liquid Swords personally won't be mad if someone liked Linx. Two best albums ever.

Source knew what they were doing, if it really was a big mistake they would have gone back and changed LS 4 mics to 5 mics. They did it for Reasonable Doubt

i can't call it my favorite (thats Reasonable Doubt) because i really only listen to it a couple of times annually but it is immaculate.
