I think its arrogant for people to think this big azz universe wasn't a work of intelligent design. So the universe just exploded out of stardust, FOR NO REASON, and everything just happen to come together perfectly enough for planets to form, life to begin and humans to evolve from slugs and fish that crawled out of the oceans :pachaha: That sounds stupid as shiit, b :pachaha:

I know there's a God....because I know there's a :demonic: I've felt both before. Sometimes I think that we got it all wrong though. Sometimes I think what if God isn't the "God" we imagine him to be but, is instead a team of scientists on a project and the universe is a massive computer hologram they programmed. What if Heaven and Hell was a programmed simulation as well :ld: You know how when you play a video game and you try to go outside the boundaries of the game (i.e. swimming too far in Grand Theft Auto for example) but, it won't let you. Its because the programmers didnt code that into the video game. The universe is a bit like that to me. It stretches on and on and on, and supposedly its always expanding. But it has to be something outside of it, right :ld: That thought always takes me back to the video game and not being able to go past a certain point :ld:

I mean really think about

Every living thing on this planet came from Star dust :russ:
This is what you non believers really believe in?

Let me say it again, EVERY living thing on this planet, came from the dust of exploding stars.

:laff:
I believe in God... but yes we do come from stardust... doesn't negate the existence of God. Everything is Everything

Can tthe mods merge the threads please?

Wasn't the bible used the same way?

white folks used it that way, but the bible was written and made for black people...the tool was used against us.

doesn't mean that was the purpose of the tool

i believe we are the product of star dust or whatever - certain elements becoming what they became

the God, for me, is in the part where these elements decide for themselves to do all that. these basic components that somehow just developed into complex biochemical factories

it makes way more sense to believe it was God than it does to believe these atoms and cells n shyt just up and decided to do all this on their own

because its dumb. Its just like a painting asking the painter..."who made you...so you could paint me?" Its above your 'pay grade' and you should just accept that fact

No. What's dumb is you comparing sentient humans to paintings. If you just assume that we had to have a creator, you must assume that the creator had to have been created and their creator as well. Now you're just stuck in infinite regression. Most believers don't go that far and just claim God didn't have a creator. Since there's no evidence of God, they should take that logic one step further and acknowledge the likelihood that we didn't have a creator. :manny:

Do you just like saying this cause you don't understand the theory, or you just don't understand it?
