I haven't been in tune in anime for a while but from my understanding, the last DBZ movie was to kick-start a new series and Akira's way of erasing the history of DBGT
And technically..you said 10 years..so that puts as around the year 2000ish...anybody who hopped on in the 2000s don't know shyt about DBZ or real anime anyway..around that time the internet was poppin' and nikkas was adding in fake stories and facts...kinda like hip-hop music
I'm not afraid to say I am kind of interested in the new DBZ...it's still a kid in me
