Theres nothing about Cena that screams "top guy" other than his dedication to the business. The point is all of those dudes had legit reason why they were on top and it was more than the company not giving up on their push. Cena is fine for what he is but he doesnt deserve to be put in the same light as those guys just because Vince likes him best. I would say the same if it were HHH or anyone else the machine gets behind that doesnt have what those guys did.
