Suddenly has greeting movie actresses and just picking up girls like it's nothing

I'm currently watching Episode 10 of Season 3. It was such a bad idea for Dan & Hillary Duff's character to have Vanessa as the other girl in their 3-some considering the close relationship Vanessa has with both of them. shyt is awkward between them.

Dan in the Season 2 premiere had me like. Just because he dated Serena, now all of sudden he pulling all the hoes in Brooklyn over the summer. Knowing damn well when he went back to school in the fall, he'd go back to being a social outcast.

Usually it's after you go to college where you have that transformation..

Honestly I think naming it gossip girl turned off a lot of men from giving it a chance.

Its like evenly split in terms of gender time and stories.

Mmm-hmm, I mentioned it earlier in this thread in a couple of posts when I was still watching the 1st season back in January.

I'm 6 episodes into the 1st season of "Gossip Girl". I've always known that this show is from the same Creator, Executive Producers, Writers, & studios as "The O.C." (& "Chuck"), but I didn't know that this show is
basically a East Coast/NYC version of "The O.C."

Is that what consensus opinion of "Gossip Girl" is? A East Coast/NYC version of "The O.C."? "The O.C." is the best PURE Teen soap-operish Drama ever created, so I would've been tempted to watched this show a long time ago, if I had known it was a East Coast/NYC version of "The O.C."

OK I'm 13 episodes into the 1st season (Which means I've watched all the episodes before it went on a 3-month break because of the writer's strike) and like I mentioned before this show is a East Coast/NYC version of "The O.C.", from the same Creator/Producers/Writers/ShowRunners of "The O.C.".

I'm LOVING this show because of that (& also because I recognize a lot of the cast from various movies & other TV shows). I gots to put some family members & friends who fukks with "The O.C." on this show, so I can have a discussion.

It's gonna be hard to put dudes onto a show called "Gossip Girl", though. The only chance to convince them is if they're already a fan of "The O.C.".

Look how many drive-by posts from dudes who've never watched the show are on the 1st & 2nd page of this thread that are clowning nikkas for watching this. There is literally ONLY 2 or 3 drive-by posts like that in the entirety of the 24-page "90210" thread.

"Gossip Girl" is actually a good-show unlike "90210", so I assume folks give it a pass.

the OC was piff too. the girl who plays thea on arrow now, started on that show. i had a huge crush on her when i was in high school.

oh yeah, i was watching the last two seasons of weeds, saw michelle tratchenberg one of the GOAT cac bunnies made me think of this show again

in the end people who dont mess with GG or CW shows lost because they are 24 eps a season and are on netflix and are great for binge watching

I just ordered Season 4 on DVD, off the strength of me enjoying the 1st half of Season 3. nikkas been saying the show falls off after the first 2 seasons, but so 1st-half of Season 3 has been good.

"Gossip Girl" is 1 of the select few "ORIGINAL" CW shows that I want for my TV-Shows-on-DVD/Blu-ray collection.
