The people at Bestbuy were some incompetent females working behind the cust service desk. I brought in a 360 that overheats after a few minutes with 2RROD, broken seal and no mesh on the top and bottom of the console, no controller and got $100 credit. They first was about to give me $60 but then someone else came and did it and now I got $100.
