Yea most likely and I did have to show id, but my system was legit working not no red ring like these other cats..I called up best buy too (the 1-800 number) to ask about it..there is a limit per day of how many returns you can do so I figure this may be part of that to stop people from all coming in with a shyt ton of things all at once.
