How is One battle after another the biggest Oscar competition and even up for so many awards

That movie was definitely overhyped or is it me?

It seemed like a poor mans Tarantino film than anything groundbreaking

Without Leo I’m not sure it’s even getting any Oscar attention

Granted, Teyana was good. I’ll admit. She deserves her respect as a NEW actor….

But a Teyana lead movie ain’t Oscar caliber, and she was only in like half the film!

OBAA will likely win Best Picture.

It's won almost every precursor award except SAG leading up to next Sunday. PGA, DGA, Golden Globe and Critics Choice. For it to lose at this point would almost be unprecedented.

I saw both OBAA and Sinners multiple times in the theater, so either winning is fine by me.
