You’re either extremely dehydrated or have high blood pressure

Go to a doc asap

In all seriousness tho, if they don't find any causes and it keeps happening, see a rheumatologist if you haven't already. Some autoimmune diseases can cause these symptoms and primary care docs overlook it if you don't fit the profile.

Interesting thread because in December I woke up for 3-4 days straight dizzy. Soon as I got up I had to sit back down for a few seconds before the dizziness went. After 3-4 days it went and then recently it has happened again. This week I have had 2 episodes of dizziness, this time one was at night in bed and then the following morning I had it. I need to go get checked out for sure, not sure what is triggering it.

Bro, that’s what I was getting tested for that’s why I was so depressed this winter. I thought I had that!!!!!!!!

But in reality, it was really just a reaction to me losing weight quickly. Thank God.

I feel normal again I could really cry.

I figured it out. I’m proud to say I’ve been feeling normal for the past month and I got tested for everything you can imagine.

Thank you God. I feel like I have been given a second chance.

Neither. I think my Jody adjusted to weight loss and the rapid diet change.

Too low calories. Too low salt. I basically went zero carb too. I felt like shyt from December until maybe mid to late March.

damn u sound scared fr

health anxiety is WOAT
Bro. I went crazy. I’m thankful for every second of every day now. It was bad.

I went through so much testing I already spent $20,000 on medical care this year. Well that’s the number they build the insurance company. I only had to pay 3000 of that.

But to be honest, it was worth every penny because I ruled out a lot of health conditions and figured out what the issue was.

It was literally just because I lost weight rapidly and started eating so clean and so little my body didn’t like that.

I had this before. Not everytime. Made me collapse and semi pass out briefly.

I was told it was probably a sudden drop in blood pressure from getting up from a sitting position.

If you having it frequently, get that shyt checked.
Omg. Yes that’s what they told me.

I think I lost weight so quickly my veins didn’t catch up with the weight loss so they were still bigger and when I lost weight, they didn’t shrink as fast as I lost weight so they weren’t pushing the blood up to my brain fast enough. I never fainted, but I used to stumble a lot
