This happened one time for me. Had me scared as fukk.

I don't remember what it was, but I did some yoga stretches that helped out. Work on the lower body with leg stretches. There were 2 that helped out a lot. I forgot the name of them, but I'll list them as best I can.

-Lay down flat. Lift your legs over your head where you try to plant your toes on the ground.

Next one can be done after releasing the previous one:

-As you lift your legs to leave the position, keep them in the air and try to point your toes as far up as you can. If you need to keep balance then just put your hands on your back while your elbows touch the ground.
