McHale been saying the same things over and over, depending on josh Smith to make threes to win a must win game is not quality coaching. Having Dwight have a 20 20 night is not due to coaching.

Those past two games the Rockets have made some good adjustments defensively as well, they finally figured out how to slow down Blake Griffin and figured out hacking DeAndre Jordan is a doubled edged sword. You can't blame McHale when they fukk up (not saying you are) and not give him credit when they win.

Cool cause I'm not. I blame the team for giving up a million points before game 5 and give credit to the team for scoring 40 points in the fourth of a must win game. From there, josh Smith and Dwight Howard stepped up huge that game, not so much McHale IMO, and that impacts the team in a bigger way than McHale could that game.

Doc is well overrated. People love to gloss over his time in Orlando when he couldn't coach a team past the 1st round in the weak ass East.

I remember he went 41-41 with a Pre-TMac and Grant Hill Magic team that started the season aiming for the #1 pick.
