Exactly. And one of my biggest gripes about this nikka. He is hands down WOAT at player rotations/substitutions. Will basically play 6 guys the whole game, and give his bench no burn, then get mad when they get fatigued in the 4th quarter
Just like the 2010 Finals. Celtics up by 13 with 6 min to go in the 4 quarter. Barely played his bench, Rasheed Wallace, Big Baby, Nate Robinson, etc. And got Pierce, Ray, and Garnett worn out towards the end of the game. End up costing them in the NBA title
Then towards the end of the game, he starts drawing up plays for Rondo to take a 3

Overrated in what sense? He's a top 5 coach in the league. You can't call a coach overrated unless you compare him to his peers.
