Anything ever happen to any pet I ever owned and there will be consequences. A neighbor of mine in ny had a wild pitbull around and I told him that if that shyt charged at me with intent to hurt and it's getting killed. The dog was always on a leash after that elevator talk

That was a sad story OP. You gotta do something now though. Don't let Tino go out in vain. Also, my family has a little chihuahua (a cute one, not one of them fat ugly ones), and I know it would crush them if something similar happened to her.

instead of just having pits, rotts and etc on leashes, why not have all dogs on leashes when going outside? i hate when i'm driving and a loose dog or cat is running across the street and i suddenly have to step on the brake or people letting their pets shyt where ever they want without picking it up or cleaning it. there should be a large fine for dumb shyt like that.

Sucks man, but at least you understand what you did wrong. I once had a neighbor who had a golden retriever that was always unleashed in their front yard. I lost count the amount of times it would dart out their yard, and run straight up to me as i walked my LEASHED dog (who happens to be a 45 pound pit bull.) Each time i would scoop my grown ass dog up in my arms, and wait for retrievers dumb ass owner to come get their dog out the street. It would stand about 3 feet away barking loud as fukk. fukkin' nightmare.
