Yea came in here to pretty much echo what was said earlier. Don't ever stop following your dream for anyone, especially a bytch who will ghost you and your aspirations at the drop of a hat. That being said. I use ableton but Maschine is like MPC on steroids.

Yea the Push is mean but I just never enjoyed any of those as much. I don't really do that much more with those that I did with an MPC. I can just do it a little faster

I always wanted an MPC or an old EMU. I don't even work with samples too much when I'm messing around with my DAW(s) but I'd love one of those mini MPCs..the 1000 I think it is

I wasn't even looking for it. I think it was like September or October of last year, but I just did an eBay search one morning and saw the listing for a MV8000 with max outputs and monitor. I looked at the posting and it had the MV8-OP1. The only issue was the tap tempo button dropped. I messaged dude and asked how much it would cost to get it without the monitor and he told me the price and I bought it immediately. The OP1 cost $500 by itself and to get it with a 99% working MV8000 for way less than that.

I was going to flip the MV8000 for an 8800 (since the reason I sold it the first time was because the OP1 was impossible to get) but I ended up swapping the floppy for a card reader to swap out the SD Card without having to open it up or trying to move files using that slow USB and upgraded to CD drive to DVD.
