I believe workers should be free to decide for whom they will or won’t labor(regardless of motivation).

Forcing whites to serve blacks(as liberals do) might be doing more harm by disinsentivising black self reliance(as a community) and fostering white resentment.
It also makes non-racist white businesses(if any) indistinguishable from racist ones, as they all must serve people of color.
I like knowing exactly who the nazis/my enemies are
